We take privacy very seriously, so we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we treat personal information. HUGE Play TTV, Inc. a subsidiary of HUGE Play Inc. and a company registered at 18 Maple Avenue #109, Barrington, RI 02806, United States of America is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and any relevant local legislation (“Data Protection Laws”).
This website is intended for users of all ages to be able to find out more about the upcoming GameBud™ Product (Talking Tom Toy) and Pairing app.
We may make changes to the policy from time to time so please be sure to check regularly. If we make a material change to this policy and we have your contact details we will contact you before we make the change.
The Gamebud.com website collects an email address that we use to send updates about the GameBud™ products and services. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
For users under the age of consent, we also ask for a parent email to notify a parent of their child’s use of the service. This parent email is only collected to serve notice and is not used for any other purpose.
The Gamebud.com website includes an ecommerce shop to purchase the Gamebud™ Talking Tom toy. The shopping functionality of the website is run through WooCommerce. To enhance the website and cart experience, WooCommerce collects certain information from consumers. This information includes: product information, name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address (if different from billing). When you visit the Gamebud.com website, we automatically collect some information from you such as browser type, operating system, time spent on the site, pages visited and other non personal information. This information is not used to track you across the internet and is used solely to better understand the use of our site and improve it.

Stripe is used as the payment processor for purchasing products off of the website. Credit card numbers and security codes are never stored on the website. Disclosure for legal reasons

In compliance with GDPR, all completed order data is retained for a maximum of two (2) years.
